For decades, HBO’s “Movie Presentation” opener has hit like a starter pistol. A thunderclap of visuals and sound that made you sit straighter, made the popcorn taste better, made the night feel bigger.

Kill 2 Birds was asked to remix this tradition again, this time for James Gunn’s Superman. First, the blocky chaos of Minecraft. Now, the caped Kryptonian. Different flavors. Same high.

We pulled swagger from Donner’s ’78 main titles, nodded to Sarofsky’s modern take, then pressed our own fingerprints into every frame. The result: an opener forged for a new age of heroes.
